Dimensional stability
Dimensional stability is an ability of materials to retain their initial sizes and their geometrical form at operation under the influence of external factors – temperature and moisture. Dimensional stability is characterized by the extent of linear and volume distortions in the specified range of temperatures and is expressed as a percentage.
